She floated
Corner of the room,
The sunset
A sad glow
Weighing down upon us.
She floated,
Watching me die
And I died,
Watching her smile.
There was love
In her smile,
There was kindness
In her eyes,
There was tension
In her fists.
And despair in the slant of her head.
The room got darker
And she got brighter
Red
Red and white
The only colours now.
I asked her to seduce me
I begged for this release
What scares me most is
I cannot remember my mother’s face, or my father’s hugs
My first kiss
And my last argument.
The room got darker
Got black.
Red
Red and white
And black
Magdalena.
